Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product documentation, software testing, product ownership, and project management and a proven ability to deliver clear documentation, validate product quality, drive product roadmaps, and execute projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Design test plans, author test cases, execute testing, and document defects.
• Serve as product owner to define backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features.
• Lead cross-functional projects with schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and release materials.
• Hands-on QA experience with test case design, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
• Product ownership experience with backlog grooming and roadmap planning.
• Project management skills with schedule management and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira or Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and basic SQL for validation.
